Role Purpose
Team Member-Quality-CQA-QMS: CQA QMS Governance assists with the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) within Corporate Quality Assurance. Responsibilities include supporting QMS documentation, monitoring compliance, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The aim is to help ensure the QMS is effectively managed and aligned with regulatory and internal quality standards.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions
Ensure scheduling and conducting the Internal audits.
To follow, improve QMS procedures Harmonization of SOPs and implementation across sites including Malaysia.
Managing complete life cycle of corporate quality SOPs Preparation, review, approval, training and implementation.
To Ownverifying the compliance of all SOPs pertaining to corporate QMS elements.
Act as representative for the regulatory audits and support sites during regulatory audits.
To support the vendor management as when required.
Any other task, as and when assignedrequired need basis.
Secondary responsibilities
To support training team as when requiredneed basis.
