Job Responsibility and key Decisions

• Lead overall facility maintenance operations for office buildings, food court, common infrastructure, and support facilities.

• Ensure the reliability and maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.

• Manage office infrastructure, including workstations, furniture, meeting rooms, office renovations, and employee amenities (gym).

• Oversee food court and cafeteria operations and maintenance, including kitchen equipment, cold rooms, refrigeration systems, ovens, exhaust systems, LPG systems, and dining infrastructure.

• Manage security infrastructure systems, including e-fencing, boom barriers, CCTV, access control systems, visitor management systems, turnstiles, and gate automation.

• Lead civil maintenance activities, including building repairs, waterproofing, painting, flooring, roofing, drainage, roads, and infrastructure modification projects.

• Supervise and develop a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, plumbers, carpenters, and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset availability and minimize breakdowns.

• Manage AMCs, service contracts, vendors, and contractor performance.

• Prepare and control OPEX/CAPEX budgets, maintenance costs, and infrastructure improvement investments.

•  Lead energy conservation, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives across the facility.

• Coordinate with Engineering, EHS, Security, Admin, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless facility operations.
