Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Enterprise Architecture Strategy Governance

Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Ensure IT infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

Establish guidelines for system integration, data flow, and IT security within the organization.

IT Infrastructure Digital Transformation

Support the adoption of cloud, automation, and AIdriven technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and transition to advanced digital solutions.

Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes.

System Integration Optimization

Design and oversee the integration of enterprise applications SAP, ERP, MES, CRM, and other businesscritical systems.

Ensure seamless data exchange between different IT systems, enhancing connectivity and efficiency.

Optimize IT infrastructure to support high availability, scalability, and performance across regional sites.

Compliance, Security Risk Management

Conduct periodic IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align technology solutions with business needs.

Act as a key advisor for IT projects, ensuring architecture consistency and scalability.

Continuous Improvement Innovation
