Role Purpose

To support the implementation and maintenance of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance programs across the manufacturing site. This role ensures that operations are conducted in line with company EHS policies, local and global regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, thereby safeguarding people, the environment, and assets.

Job Responsibility and key Decisions

Assist in the implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and work practices on the shop floor.

Conduct routine safety inspections, hazard identifications, and compliance audits within manufacturing areas.

Monitor adherence to PPE protocols, chemical handling, waste disposal, and other safetyrelated operational practices.

Participate in risk assessments HIRAJSA and assist in the development of control measures.

Support incident reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions CAPA.

Maintain and update EHS records, logs, checklists, and documentation for internal tracking and regulatory readiness.

Assist in organizing EHS training sessions, toolbox talks, mock drills, and awareness campaigns.

Coordinate with contractors and thirdparty service providers to ensure EHS compliance onsite.

Promote a safetyfirst culture and ensure team members follow EHS protocols during daily operations.
